Job Requirements:
-Mechanical, Electrical, Civil or HVAC Engineering Degree
-Minimum 5 years of related experience in a manufacturing plant / workshop; experience in a related industry would be a plus
-Experience with new facility project would be a plus
-At least 1-years managerial experience
-Strong team player with good interpersonal/communications skills
-Good computer operation skills & familiarity with MS Software Suite (WORD, EXCEL etc);
Job Description:      
-Develops plan and directs the upkeep and maintenance of all site buildings and infrastructures within the facility. (Air-conditioner system, hydraulic pump system, all kinds of water system, fire protection system, power supply system, etc.)
-Develops aggressive and effective preventative maintenance programs for all plant equipment while balancing costs and risk of failure. Responsible for ensuring minimum unscheduled downtime of production due to equipment failure
-Ensures the company standards are maintained as it relates to safety and housekeeping.
-Support and facilitate company’s new facility project in Wai Gao Qiao.
-Communicate with local government office to ensure to meet local regulation (Fire department, Environment office, Power Bureau etc.)
-Direct and lead facility technician and electrician to develop their competencies, provide timely and accurate feedback as needed.
