职位要求与描述：
Requirements：

-A minimum of 8 years of managerial experience in IT technology and network operation management and including substantial exposure to multi-sites users environment in multinational company.
-Solid experience in Network Management with focus on regional network planning, operation and helpdesk.
-Knowledge in Lotus Notes/MS-Exchange e-mail, Firewall, DNS, Proxy, LAN, video/audio conference service will be an added advantage.
-Possess solid understanding of system, network and telecom technologies. Advanced level experience with server hardware, network, PABX, operating systems and office applications.
-Focus, direct, and manage a team of technology professionals. Diplomatic, observant, negotiate and able to manage change.
-Best in class customer service oriented, result-oriented, hard-working, and rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
