职位要求与描述:
1、To plan and schedule promotional and enrollment activities and promote our education programme to general public.
2、To keep track on teachers teaching standard, to review teachers' performance before renewal of new contracts and to enter into new contracts with teachers (arrangement of teaching hours, teaching level, teaching locations etc.)
3、To arrange regular meetings with teachers (by course) regarding complaints, disciplines, teaching problems.
4、To keep track on student monthly drop-out report, to investigate the difficulties and problems by interviewing teachers, then to get solution. |
