职位要求与描述：
Responsibilities:
- BEE or above degree holder in Electronics Engineering.
- At least 5 years R&D management experience in the field of Wireless Terminal industry, U.S. and Europe-invested companies preferred.
- Aggressive, creative and result oriented. Strong technical, analytic skills with solid presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Very solid in field-testing / design area.
- Proven record of successful R&D management with bilingual literacy
Identify technology trends and future market needs so as to formulate R&D strategies, product development plans and to manage the R&D budget for GSM R&D.
- Build a motivated R&D team to map product features, performance requirements into the product architecture so as to achieve given product development objectives and to respond to the market dynamics.
- Working closely with the system engineering and product marketing teams to better understand customer requirements and to better define product roadmap; work closely with marketing/sales teams to integrate customer inputs and define product requirements.
- Document architecture design decisions and rules, promote system modularity and reusability and ensure overall system reliability. Provide technical consultation, review and support to hardware and software development efforts.
- Coordinate with external technology partners to leverage the existing technologies to reduce time-to-market, optimize product cost structure and maximize performance. |
