任职资格:
1. Degree holder in Fashion Design , Clothing & Textiles faculties, Fashion Marketing or Business Administration.
2. Solid experience in operations planning, preferably gained from retail industry with 5-8 years managerial experience.
3. A strategic thinker with demonstrated experience in market and trend analysis, brand building and position.
4. An all-rounded retail professional with in-depth understanding of retail buying, merchandising marketing and visual
merchandising management
5. Excellent skills in people management, organization and leadership in a fast moving customer focused environment.
6. Excellent communication skill in written & Oral English and Mandarin are must.
7. Manageable skill in Words, Excel and Power point presentation.
8. Business traveling is required
工作职责:
1. Responsible for South China operation of the retail shop/show room, merchandising and inventory department
2. Organize PR and marketing functions and events for enhancing the Company’s image.
3. Lead & seek new business opportunities and develop business strategies and sales plan to enhance market share and sales
growth.
4. Maintain and build the brand identity and visual merchandising of the store.
5. To liaise with global suppliers and search new product ranges.
6. To oversee the stock taking, ordering and inputting all stock into POS system. |
