1. Tertiary Educated with minimum 8 years" retail/show room or boutique management experience, preferably in fashion wear industry.
2. Able to play an active role in the business and account planning process.
3. Energetic, presentable, independent, with self-initiative, excellent communication, management and negotiation skills.
工作职责：
1. Develop areas of apparel, bags and footwear business with the brand image.
2. Management and guarantee that internal procedures,and labor laws are followed, and ensure the security of the location and the personnel.
3. Responsible for the profitability of the boutique and services of the brand in the boutique.
4. Promote the image of the brand with the client.
5. Manage and develop the sales team.
6. Responsible for the management of the finance and products.
7. Responsible for maintenance and growth of the boutique. |
