Requirements & Qualifications:
A person that has a balanced experience and knowledge in technical and business;
Strategic thinking;
Strong analytical experience and skills;
Fluent in oral and written English and Chinese
Communication and coordination skills extremely important
Experience in telecom/IT (must have 7 years experience);
MBA degree a plus;
Strategic/Management consulting experience a plus.
Analyze the competitor, the market, the customers and businesses combination and identify new business opportunities , new areas of improvement.
eport to senior executives of the company on strategy progresses, ideas, innovative thinking
Liaison with external consulting company for strategic projects
Communicate strategy and vision to the customers
Convert the strategy decided by board into detailed strategy implementation plan by integrating sub-plan (sales plan/HR plan/ financial plan/MFG plan/investment plan) into a company-level plan in order to meet the strategy goal and avoid latent conflicts among sub plan
Initiate the management innovation with the collection innovative suggestion from staff or practice of other companies in order to improve management effectiveness of company
