Main job functions:

- Communication between client project team (very imptant)
- Repting of progress to client
- Deliver successful project on time

- Develop resource metrics cost analysis
- Develop plan project schedule, supervise the whole process.

Skills needed:
必需技能：
- Some years experience in software design programming.
- Some years experience as a project manager, has preferably led teams of over 5 people in projects with 6+ months duration delivered outsting results.
- English language skills on high level needed since the person will be wking with large international clients like f example Nokia.
- International mind set, willingness to learn, ask questions give opinion.
- Proven experience in agile management methods like SCRUM is an extra plus.
