o Familiarity with the Marketing Analysis Database (MAD) and Crystal Report

o Must be comfortable making presentations to senior management
o Excellent Microsoft Powerpoint skills are essential
· Bachelor’s degree required. Most applicable disciplines would be:
o Finance
o Marketing - Business economics
o Engineering

5 – 10 years experience, Automotive Industry, Sales/Marketing/Planning
· Deliver the most accurate A/P vehicle forecast linked to other regional vehicle manufacturers forecast in Europe, NA and South America
·Input and ensure integrity of MAD data
·Create analyses/reports on sales/market share based on a variety of segregations for internal customers (HQ, Sales and sites) :
o By Customer
o By GAD
o By Region
o By Business Unit
o Etc.
· Understand and explain variances between data sets
· Develop a competitive intelligence process to ensure accurate competitor MAD data input
· Work in a team to manage and improve the annual process used to generate the sales forecast for OP/SP use
· Manage the A/P Market Planning team to ensure a common best practice Business Plan process
· Ensure process dates are achieved in order to meet Corporate Calendar and Business Review milestones
· Network with Customer Development, Finance, and Business Units based on the defined communication process
· Ensure and establish an Operations/Sales/AME agreed business transfer/localization plan
· Hold regular telefon/netmeeting conferences with the MP teams |
