3年以上制造业人力资源经验,在劳工关系、劳动赔偿、员工福利、宿舍管理等方面有经验。
Human Resources Manager Requirements:
* Fluent in both spoken and written English.
* Well known in PRC Labour Laws and related labour regulations
* At least 3 years of Human Resource working experience in manufacturing environment, with experience in handling compensation and benefits, canteen, dormitory and labour relations.
