Responsibilities:
Realization of patent portfolio
Make and realization of first filing, further filing and patent dropping figures and distribution thereof over clusters; monitoring of competitors patent filing
Licensing negotiation (including licensing in and out) with support of IP attorneys and BDs.
Work on litigation with lawyers and technical experts (infringement proofs and claim chart).
Agreement draft and review
Supporting on BDs project development
Avoidance of infringement and assurance of high quality of projects
Trademark and brand management
SW(copyright) management
In charge of the protection, enforcement and licensing of the top-quality IPR;
Also maximize the return to company by efficiently IP strategies
Work closely with IP attorneys, technical and business departments, standardization team and legal department.
