I. Position Details
Position：Quality Manager
Repting To：Plant Manager
II. Roles Responsibilities
Duties：
1. Establish TS16949 complied quality system implemented in the whole plant.
2. Take the full responsibility as Quality Representative.
3. Customer complains hling 8D owner
4. Continuously improve process QC methodology.
5. Oversee production activities/process control to ensure compliance to specification quality procedures. Also manage the product safety reliability.
6. Develop train subdinates with strong quality skills concept.
7. Monit key quality projects suppt f success
III. Position Requirements
Education：MSc/BSc in chemistry/material/mechanic engineering
Wking Experience：Minimum 5 years experience, at least three years experience in the position of Quality Manager
Skill Set：
1. Be an excellent communicat team leader.
2. Have strong experience in deploying the quality system skills into manufacturing environment with proven results.
3. Have strong background in ISO/QS9000/TQM system skills.
4. Have strong experience in system auditing quality training.
5. Excellent team skills.
6. Good knowledge in desktop computer.
7. Proficiency in English Marin.
8. With Six Sigma Black Belt
