职位要求与描述：
To lead finance team to support company to attain financial goal.
- Develop/Maintain an efficient and effective entire Finance Organization.
- Responsible for tax affairs of the company.
- Liaise with internal/external auditor.
- Cashflow management.
- Ensure compliance with Standards of internal control (SIC), local and German operating procedure.
- Makes recommendations to improve systems/Procedures.
- Formulate succession plan and develop high potential subordinates to meet future organizations needs.
- Compliance to all financial operating procedures and local legislations.
- Ensure all statutory reporting and management reports are accurate and timely.
- Annual financial planning, quarterly forecast & monthly projection, cost contorl and analysis.
