职位要求与描述：
* Anticipation and Pre-Development Phase:
- Purchasing Manager participates in the preparation of the technological innovation plan.
- Purchasing Manager is responsible for defining and coordinating or ensuring the implementation of the commodity strategy relating to the technological innovation plan.
- Purchasing Manager selects suppliers and coordinate research and design contract negotiation.
- Purchasing Manager participates in preparing the "Make or Buy" options.
- Purchasing Manager ensure that the steps necessary are taken in order to identify and master the industrial risks connected with the new solutions before the development cycles for these products have begun.
- Purchasing Manager suggest the nature of the relations to be established in order to reduce the risks created by the new technologies.
* Product Development and Specification of Technologies Phase:
With the support of suppliers and his team, Purchasing Manager help the engineering department to specify the solution which will lead to the best overall function/cost ratio. The Final prototypes (end of study) are manufactured by the selected suppliers.
* Roles of Purchasing Manager:
- Purchasing Manager leads the buyers to provide solutions which optimize procurement costs and safety. |
