职位要求与描述:
要求:
(1)Good command of English skills, Major in English preferable
(2)Good computer skills: proficient in MS Office, skills in Powerpoint
(3)Good communication skills: fluent in Chinese and English
(4)Be conscientious with job
(5)Good interpersonal skills
(6)Highly organized and attention to detail, self-motivated
(7)Able to work in a team-setting
(8)Ability to prioritize & solve problems independently
(9)High level of integrity
(10)Experience in administration will be preferred.
(11)BA or BS: business related degrees
职责:
(1)Assist the General Manager to develop and implement regulations and procedures of reception and meeting management.  Be responsible for taking meeting minutes.
(2)Support the information search concerning Academic institutions and translations of selected articles concerning biotechnology development in China.
(3)Conduct office routine paperwork, filing, documents translation.  Newspaper/Magazine subscription.  Arrangement of business cards and GM driver and etc.
(4)Ticket booking, hotel accommodation and related transportation arrangement as required.
(5)Responsible for collecting applications for stationery and accessories, related storage management, cost allocation to relevant cost center; arrange the general office supplies are procured and distributed.
(7)Take the responsibility of whole site administration work.
