According to the organizational Quality policy, the Senior Quality Assurance Engineer must ensure that the improvement efforts and quality efforts are in alignment with CRDC’s overall business objectives and priorities. His major responsibilities lie:
· Excellent communication skills and presentation skills, able to communicate comfortably with managers, project managers engineers and staff, able to convey sensitive information without creating conflict;
· Great sensibility to organization’s culture and rules;
· Good understanding of standards used in organizations; able to and enjoys defining and defending processes and standards;
· Strong capacity to cooperate with people in order to accomplish team-working objectives.
· Contribute to carry out the CRDC’s Process Improvement Plan according to CMMi / 6 Sigma integrated;
· Participate to initiate and lead selected Six Sigma project teams;
· Coach Project Teams on the strategy, process and cultural elements of Six Sigma and CMMi;
· Take in charge of development and implementation of CRDS’s Six Sigma Process Improvement Project.
· Ensure PPQA implementation in Offer Creation Projects.
· Edit Quality indicators and reports.1. Required skills & knowledge for the position:
· Strong process/quality knowledge of Six Sigma especially in R&D and production environment (Six Sigma Belt preferred);
· Knowledge on CMMi process and experience in its employment will be a very appreciated plus;
