职位要求与描述:
Plans, organizes, and controls strategic activities surrounding the acquisition of assigned commodities for the assigned business unit. Works closely with global commodity team as it works to implement Supply Chain Management strategy to achieve lowest total costs, effective asset management, continuous quality improvement, delivery, and cycle time performance improvement and early supplier involvement in product development.
Principle Accountabilities:
Successful supplier transition with zero impact to schedule of quality
LCR goal of 32% achieved on assigned commodities
100% of spend on contract/LTA with assigned supply base
Development and implementation of Annual Operating Plan (AOP) covering selected commodities
Maintains continuous in-depth knowledge of market conditions, industry trends, and developing technologies
Establishes and manages key supplier performance goals and objectives; communicates periodic results to plan and manages top-level continuous improvement. Develops keen awareness of industry performance benchmarks.
Establishes top-level plans providing foundation for improved factory flexibility and responsiveness
Manages sourcing decisions covering selected commodities
Manages and negotiates supply agreements in support of overall supply chain goals and objectives
Promotes and monitors early supplier involvement in key product developments, using the supplier’s expertise to optimize quality and produceability
Project manager, in addition to above accountabilities, is also responsible for effective supply/demand planning process.
Evaluate regional markets for assigned commodities. |
