Technical Service Engineer, Acrylic Sheet
Working Location: 莘庄工业区,班车提供

Purpose of the position:
The position is to support regional sales managers in providing technical service for major users and distributors of acrylic sheet.

Responsibilities:
-Visit existing and prospective customers provide superior application service
-Design customer specific solutions
-Develop test methods for regional customer requirements
-Organize application testing of production samples and competitive products
-Prepare and give presentations to customers, at regional trade shows, and conferences
-Establish and efficiently use relations to technical associations, standardization committees, government authorities, and consultants in the region
-Observe and communicate activities of competitors and recommend countermeasures
-Train regional sales people, distributors, and traders
-Cooperate efficiently with sales and marketing colleagues in order to promote value-added sales
-Ensure cost effectiveness of activities
-Participate in regional and/or international project teams
-Resolve customer complaints by analysis of the technical origin and help to minimize financial impact

Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree, majoring in construction design or structure engineering
-3 years working experience in construction industry, has construction knowledge to support how to install the acrylic fasade, noise barrier, aquarium etc.
-Good at spoken and written English
-Leadership capabilities & innovative approach to problem solving
