JOB DESCRIPTION
You are a self-starter, a team player, and an effective leader and communicator. RESPONSIBILITIES

* Own production of games once they are approved for development or publishing, including project budget, schedule, and resources.

Identify and lead internal/external development teams, including artists, QA and other production resources to timely and successful project completion.

* Manage all facets of release process, including creation of marketing materials to support product launches and distribution of games to partner web sites.

REQUIREMENTS

* Excellent leadership, facilitation and organizational skills required.

* 3+ years of game production experience at the Publisher level.
3年以上游戏发布者生产经验。
* Experience from the big game publishing companies (including Shanda, Giant Interactive, Perfect World, The 9, etc.) preferred.

* 5-7 years of related work experience.

* Demonstrated ability to be self-motivated, multi-task and meet deadlines required.
