Position Title:
HR & Admin Manager
(Manufacturing working experience is required)

Location:
Xiamen, Fujian

Our client is one of the leading manufacturers in electronics component for global exports & domestic consumptions. Their production plant is located in Xiamen, China with more than 1000 employees. To cope with their aggressive expansion in the market, they are now looking for a strong Human Resource and Administration management caliber to join them!

Scope of Responsibilities:


To support the top management team in implementing all administration policies and procedures
Overseeing the overall operations of the company in order to achieve its best practices and maximum growth in respect of human resources management and office administration towards the company preset goals
To monitor a full spectrum of human resources activities and all office administration in the Company including staff selection & recruitment, performance appraisal, staff development, Compensation & Benefits and occupational health & safety, etc. for continuous improvement
To supervise a team of supporting staff in the Administration Department for implementing various administration projects including policy & procedures updates, travel management, office safety & security and quality program
To lead the Business Process Analyst to administer the ISO policies and procedures for certification for the Company and coordinate implementation of Quality Program
To lead the Trainer to implement and coordinate training programs to staff members in accordance with Company training direction
To lead the Safety and Security Manager in planning and implementation of safety and security programs in accordance with Company‘s Minimum Security Standard
To implement the policies and procedures in related to human resources, administration, quality and safety & security activities under Company directions
To take up additional tasks as required to meet the Company’s needs and development.


Candidate Specifications:

University degree preferably in Business Administration or Human Resources Management related majors
Minimum 8 years’ experience in both office administration and human resources management, manufacturing environment working experience is highly preferred
Excellent command of English and Chinese;
good interpersonal and management skills
Preferably with IPO experience in China
Ability to work effectively in a fast-growing and fast-changing business environment in China
