主要职责:
-开发新客户,完成既定销售目标
-定期针对目标客户举行宣传活动
-在符合管理准则的前提下,对与现有银行重要客户的关系进行管理
-积极参与银行市场营销及宣传活动,以吸引顾客
-确保销售目标的实现,并达到银行客户服务质量标准
录用条件:
-大学本科或以上学历
-具备销售经验,具备银行业及金融业工作经验者优先
-具有丰富的银行产品及服务、银行运行、企业市场、单位信托及其他个人投资服务业务知识
-具备基本的投资辅导及分析技巧
-具有良好的人际沟通技巧、与客户快速建立起关系的能力以及应变能力
-具有良好的团队合作精神
-自我要求严格,积极进取,不断提高自我
Responsibilities:
-Achieve new business and customer acquisition goals
-Source and call on individual prospects by phone and face to face,as well as organise and conduct sales presentations to groups, clubs,associations, companies and other organisations within the assigned branch
-Relationship management of existing customers in accordance with established relationship management standards and contact model
-Participate in marketing and promotional activities for customer acquisition and retention
-To ensure aggressive sales targets across all relevant products are met
-Meeting client service quality standard levels set by the bank
Selection Criteria:
-A university/diploma graduate
-Experience in sales function, preferably in banking or financial services industry
-Strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to deal with all levels of people,often in complex and cold call situations
-Sound knowledge of bank products and services and banking procedures, equities markets, unit trusts, mortgages and other personal investment services are preferred
-Team player who shows initiate and assertiveness
-Self-motivator who is keen to upgrade, improve personal knowledge and skills |
