PURPOSE OF THE JOB

-updates and leads the deployment of the strategic initiatives inside China
-directly manage the team in charge of monitoring the environment and providing the relevant market information thru Business Intelligence Techniques
-directly manages strategic initiatives on a project basis
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
-STRATEGIC PLANNING
-Annual update of 3 years plan (3S) in SC and follow up the implementation of SC .
-Contributes to the new LT strategic growth plan by building the CHINA 2012 plan
-Follow-up China Marketing Projects
-STRATEGIC MANAGEMENT
-Manage the Business Intelligence team ; manage relationships with Survey Companies and provides the relevant information to the operational teams on request
-Propose the optimized copyfight strategy and runs the team and the partners accordingly
-PROJECTS
-Leads the Simplification Program inside Marketing and sales
-Leads the adaptation the Corporate program in the Marketing Community
-Leads the Innovation Program Deployment in SECI
PROFILE REQUIREMENT
-Position to be provided by a high flyer where personal potential would be more important than experience in SECI type business.
-Preferably from B to B environment
-Would be adequate for a young senior with around 10 years in business environment with a good experience in management in fast changing environment, to be able to manage and propose ambitious change
-After 2/3 years experience in this position, should be able to take a CMC-1 operational business position or Segment marketing manager position
-Would probably be risky to propose CMC strategic marketing position unless exceptional adaptation
-If very could candidate confirmed after 2/3 years could take a Corporate position to take over strategic marketing Director position |
