1.Assess training needs from different departments
2.Maintain and develop training courses
3.Design and develop new courses cooperated with business dept
4.Coordinate course updates/development with internal course owners and external vendors
5.Maintain and update course catalog
6.Conduct training classes
7.Organize training programs (such as New Hire Orientation..)
Qualification:
1.2 years' experience in training development and delivery
2.Excellent command of English
3.Good interpersonal and communication skills
4.Able to work with managers and implement their ideas
5.Able to follow through tasks
6.Organized and detail oriented |
