REQUIREMENTS:
1.Bachelors degree in mechanical or electrical engineering and minimum 10 years of project management experience in a manufacturing/NPI environment.
2.Committed person who works in a meticulous and thorough manner, is an experienced communicator with customers, superiors and peers, and can effectively handle escalations and time-critical issues.
3.Must demonstrate professionalism, time management, and persistence at all times.
4.Excellent English skills: verbal and written.
5.Strong leadership skills are essential. Ability to interface with all levels of the organization.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.Primary communication source between factory and external contacts, and within the factory Customer Focus Team
2.Leader of Customer Focus Team assessing overall performance, identifying risk, and recommendations for improvement. Ensure Customer Satisfaction
3.Maintain profitability by ensuring quoted contribution margin is achieved
4.Ensure both factory and customers adhere to contractual terms and conditions.
5.Ensure New Product Introduction (NPI) Excellence
6.Develop Quarterly Business Reviews |
