KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Manage and coordinate industrial operations; Ensure the respect of operating procedures.
2. Ensure availability and reliability of industrial, equipment & human resources data in accordance with JV & Schneider needs.
3. Develop appropriate working methods and staff competency of the whole industrial activity.
4. Ensure permanent availability of adequate resources in accordance with JV needs.
5. Implement approved industrial policy and propose related action plans.
6. Approve and consolidate industrial expenses with respect to budget figures.
7. Control actual industrial performance and release improvement action plans.
8. Control actual DVC and industrial base cost and release improvement action plans.
