Job description:
The Japan Sales Manager will be responsible for managing a sales team in Shanghai that sells the organization products to Japanese customers in China & Japan.
Responsibilities:
1. Managing the sales of the organization products under Make Up segment, maintain relationships with existing accounts & growth the business.
2. Sales management, presentations, quotations, closing sales & after sales support.
3. Attaining sales objectives develop and manage sales plans, forecasts and budget.
4. Lead the sales team to identify, understand and mitigate risks for business achievement.
5. Support R&D/manufacturing to obtain customer homologation of new product specification and designs.
6. Report the status of product delivery to customer and internal organization, escalating issues as necessary.
7. Monitor customer payment schedule & sales collection.
8. Ensure timely and accurate reporting of sales data & analysis.
9. Assist supply chain to achieve Japanese customer quality standard.
Applicable Experience:
1. Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking Chinese, Japanese (native level ability required) and English.
2. Strong sales orientation and relationship management skills
3. Team working and self-motivated.
4. At least 3 years of sales experience with proven track record.
5. Industrial experiences a plus, but not required
6. Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
