Manage the OEM Sales Team in China to vigorously develop the OE market and sales for company
- Formulate strategies and plans, implement the plan to achieve the goals set by the company
- Manage and serve the accounts directly and through his team by providing excellent pre- and pro-sales service. Work closely with other groups to select, recommend, produce and deliver products for customers
- Develop a close rapport with key personnels of OE accounts and company global OE account, technical, manufacturing and marketing personnel
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Engineering/Technical/Business
- 8 years relevant experience with at least 3 years in managing position
- Fluent in English and Mandarin
