General requirements:
-Bachelor degree or above, majored in HR management or relative field.
-At least 5 years of the experience in HR and 3 years in recruiting area.
-Have good operating skills in Word, Excel and Powerpoint usage.
-Good command of English both in verbal and written.
-High sense of confidentiality, responsibility and the accountability.
-Good presentation, communication and interpersonal skills.
-Honest, integrity and dedication to work is a must, and an excellent health is expected.
Special skill and knowledge requirements:
-Have the knowledge of HR, public relationship and psychology.
-To have the skillful coordination ability between the leaders, departments and the subordinates.
