Responsibilities:
-To provide people development professional input to the Sales Development area to help to build up the Best In Class sales force.
-Develop relevant strategy, plan and project to align with Sales Initiative and business priority.
-To design and deploy the people development strategy, sessions and workshop relevant to sales recruitment, development, assessment and retention thus delivering the required competencies of sales personnel throughout the National, Relationship and Direct Channel revenue streams. The Key target customer is: National Channel, MAM, SAM, FSM, TSM and sales training team in whole country.
-To clarify the competency requirement of each key postions, to help to explore the competency gap and to develop relevant methodology and process to improve the competency of sales force.
Qualifications:
-3 years experience of human resources management
-Experience of leading change management projects cross culturally and in a multi-dimensional matrix environment
-Experience in developing training solutions and delivery / support collateral, ideally in a sales environment.
-Experience with sales processes, systems and Sales Force Automation (preferable) |
