An USA Company Is Looking For
Position Description:
Effectively manage office administration. Provide overall staff support.
Primary Duties:
-Assume responsibility for overall effective functioning of office and maximization of staff productivity
-Coordinate and effectively manage interaction with third party service providers
-Liaise effectively with US counterparties
-Coordinate all travel arrangements for staff (local and foreign visitors)
-Establish and optimize various service provider relationships: e.g.,travel agencies,vehicle services
-Ensure all required monthly/quarterly/yearly filings accomplished in a timely fashion:e.g.,IIT filings, agreement renewals, visas and residence permits
-Undertake various bookkeeping, document organization and maintenance,as necessary
-Assist with recruiting and other human resources activities
-Troubleshoot and problem solve,as necessary
-Undertake special projects,as assigned by senior management
Educations and Skills:
-College degree,at minimum
-Office management/administrative experience
-Mid-level supervisory experience
-Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
-Strong and persuasive communication style
-Uncompromising ethical standards
-Willingness to travel on a limited basis;flexible attitude towards work hours necessary in pursuit of objectives |
