Responsibilities:
-To perform the technical service and troubleshoot at Customer site for products such as centrifugal pump, valve etc.
-Meet with customers, review the scope of work, include essential customer's requirements and advise the best possible solution of repair for customers.
-To perform the activities to achieve the goal of the sales and marketing plan to the organization.
-To assist the Service Manager in resolving any conflicts in repair and follow up with customers, and maintain and up-date the list of customers and their contact persons.
Skills:
-Bachelor degree or above in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
-2-3 years of experience in related working environment.
-Familiar with the rotating equipment such as pumps, compressor, turbine etc.
-Good command of English (CET 4) and must be skillful in MS office, MS Exchang.
-Background in Chemical/ Petrochemical industry will be advantage. |
