Overall Role Purpose:
-Managing all aspects of external and internal hiring process in China ensuring all the local hiring needs are met;
-Effectively interfacing with the Cluster HR Team to support delivery of HR services in China and in process enhancement;
-Ensuring compliance with labor legislation on all aspects of staffing:hiring/internal deployment/employment conditions/separations.
Requirements:
-Bachelor degree or above.
-5+ years experience in HR recruiting in the multinational companies.
-Effective problem solver,ability to deal with change and conflict.
-Excellent planning and organizational skills.
-Strong negotiation,influencing and interpersonal skills.
-Self-starter able to work independently and as part of a team.
-Must be able to travel as required to various offices around China. |
