Responsibilities:
This position supports the China operation to drive process improvement in the Sales, Service and Commercial Operations organization and define and drive Operational metrics for the region. The Master Black Belt responsibilities include Sales Force Effectiveness, Proposal and Customer Satisfaction/Issue Resolution process improvements. As the Region Operational Excellence leader, this individual will work closely with the Region Executive and other members of the region leadership team to define key metrics and drive operating rigor in the region.
Example of responsibilities:
Identify and lead process improvement projects and initiatives to support the China Commercial Organization.
Own the definition and coordination of the region operating rhythm to achieve regional goals and objectives.
Work with region operating leaders and teams to uncover and assess opportunities to drive operational excellence.
Drive corporate initiatives into region and provide feedback to HQ.
Serve as a change agent in institutionalizing Lean Six Sigma quality by constantly seeking,sharing, and implementing improvements,
Coach, and mentor Green Belts and others on Lean Six Sigma philosophy and application.
During the role, the individual through training and completion of Lean Six Sigma projects will receive MBB certification.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college in business or a technical discipline.
Commercial (such as banking, retailing & etc.) or Technical background with experience with Sales, Commercial Operations or Marketing processes for a minimum of 3 years.
Master black belt or black belt of 6 Sigma.
At least 2 years of experience in a process improvement position.
Excellent interpersonal, communication and facilitation skills.
Statistical and analytical capability.
Ability to work effectively cross functionally.
Team player with strong execution focus.
Fluent English & Chinese both in writing and speaking.
Result oriented and be powerful for action driven
Desired:
Sales or commercial operations experience.
Project management experience.
Executive level presentation skills.
Change agent with strong credibility and influence in the organization. Demonstrated ability to motivate others and achieve results.
