Responsibility
1.Work closely with IT Headquarter to deliver IT operations and projects, including core applications rollout, local applications development, telecommunications, networks, information security, routine systems operations which agrees with SLA from respective business sectors.
2.Negotiate contract with vendors, monitor cost effectiveness and recommend upgrade of appropriate systems.
3.Manage local business requirements and business continuity of company’s information systems, including needs analysis, design, plan development, implementation and documentation.
4.Prepare annual IT operations budget and expenditure report for area office."
Qualifications
1.Minimum 10 years of experience in IT, with more than 5 years in a managerial capacity；
2.Candidate with telecommunications and ERP background is highly preferred；
3.Good command of both written and spoken English, Chinese & Mandarin；
4.Excellent organizational, leadership, problem solving and communications skills."
