Job Description:
1、Responsible for establishing strategic plans, policies and procedures at all levels resulting in quality improvements, that will meet or exceed internal and external customers' needs and expectations.
2、Provides advice, facilitation and training on the development, administration and technical aspects of an organization's quality improvement initiative.
3、Establish and develop the software R&D processes, matching the product deliver mode, evaluating and improving it incessantly.
4、Oversees and coaching all aspects of the organization's quality improvement program, such as requirement definition, design & development, testing and facilitate innovation throughout the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Analysis current conditions and develops a long tern quality & customer satisfaction road map
2. Deploy a holist continuous improvement program customized to the unique SW Delivery Models
3. Deploy a strong Management Review process that will continuously improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the QMS
4. Develop & deploy a strategic SW Planning Process that will drive excellence in Sales & Services
5 Mentor and train internal quality experts
6. Build a strong quality culture at all levels of the organization."
候选人条件:
Minimum of 10+ years experience in Software/IT/Internet/Telecom quality management:
1)Having expertise in the quality management field, especially in Software R&D and Deliver.
2)Having the in-depth knowledge of software engineering.
3)Knowledge of CMM(I), 6 Sigma, TL 9000 and the other process improvement methodology, would be helpful.
4)PMP or CQE or (and) the other equal certificates.
5)English(Chinese is not required)."
