工作职责
1.To provide effective management of Application & Software projects (Billing & Customer Care, Intelligent Network, messaging services etc.) concluded by sales teams.
2.To support consultant and sales team to decide tender bid, project scheduling and cost calculations.
3.To plan effective project schedule based on customer master project schedule.
4.To ensure that the project are carried out on time and on budget.
5.To communicate with main contractor, owner, etc. to ensure projects are carried out smoothly.
6.To communicate with logistic department to ensure good are delivered on schedule.
7.To communicate with customer to ensure all requested changes and recommended corrective actions are processed through the pre-defined procedure.
8.To provide weekly work-in-progress project report and conduct project review meeting with management.
9.To strictly follow HUAWEI project management policies and procedures."
候选人条件
1.丰富的项目管理理论知识和实践经验；
2.有软件开发类项目管理经验；
3.有电信增值业务（计费系统）项目交付管理背景；
4.熟悉通讯网络，计费系统，电信增值业务等；
5.具备PMP，IPMP，APM，等项目管理领域认证证书；
6.项目管理类，信息技术类本科以上学历；
7.可以以英文为工作语言，与用户进行流畅的口头和书面沟通和谈判；
8.掌握除英语外的第二外语如：法语、德语、西班牙语，俄语等欧洲国家官方语言可优先考虑；
9.关注客户，具有团队领导力、战略性思维，能够较好的跨部门合作。"
