Knowledge and Experience:
·University graduate or above
·Strong expertise in field marketing planning and execution (could also be combination of sales experience &brand experience)
·Experience and exposure in MNC, FMCG
·5 years + relevant experience in beverage or packaged goods business with multi-national companies in China
·Minimum 3 years management experience
Accountabilities:
·Lead JVs in development of budget and marketing calendar
·Provide input to JV Annual Operating Plans on local marketing initiatives
·Actively drive and support JVs in executing AOP and exceeding targets for sales volume, market share and operating profit. Drive priorities defined by Region VP
·Anticipate JV marketing needs and issues and take initiative to resolve before they impact operating results
·Respond quickly to urgent unanticipated issues that cause risk to AOP
·Provide support to JVs on planning, implementation, stablization and sustainment of NID and NIE processes
·Ensure China relevant PCI standards and tools (defined by Marketing VP and team) are implemented in direct support to business agenda (defined by RVP)
·Provide input and implementation feedback to Marketing VP and team on Best Practice tool design and enhancements
· Lead evaluation of marketing execution effectiveness, identify and address opportunities for improvement and share learning within the function and across JVs (give and take)
