Requirement:
1. Education: complete master degree (doctorate is a plus)
2. Work:
– Experience in infrastructure design, development and maintenance, particularly for IBM-based environments (IBM servers and storage, DB2, Websphere ESB) running SAP / i2
– Broad experience in infrastructure design
– Have played “infrastructure architect” role in global set-ups
– Have worked with different teams in different countries
3. Work years: minimum of 7 years in infrastructure related projects, 3 years in infrastructure architecture /sign work
4. Language: Fluent Chinese Mandarin and English
5. Communication style
– Strong communication skills: can communicate well with technical as well as business people, can create rapport quickly
– Strong facilitation skills in Chinese Mandarin and English
6. Personality
– Can work in an complex, unstructured environment
– Can work in teams with diverse background
– Extrovert / Positive attitude
 
 

Responsible:
Developing and maintaining the Lenovo infrastructure architecture for all towers: servers, storage, network,datacenter by:
- Planning, maintaining and communicating the key standards and infrastructure set-ups
- Supporting global applications and infrastructure development, as well as operations groups on architecture matters
- Lead and manage cross-tower optimization projects
