We are looking for a motivated and experienced System Engineer, who is able to independently plan and coordinate system management expertise with the engineering team.
The candidate will be part of members of a team responsible for building a world class internet search product for Asian users. At least 2 year working experience in large scale datacenter trouble shooting or internet company server management is required. You must have got MCSE certificate or this type of training. And you must have BS or higher degree of Computer Science or related Engineering majors.


Qualifications include the following:


 Minimum 3-4 years experience in an operations center environment
 Minimum 2-3 years experience supporting Microsoft IIS, SQL 2000, SQL 2005 and Windows 2000/2003 in an operations/production environment
 MCSE for W2K and/or W2K3 preferred
 In-depth understanding of current MS technologies
 Experience with Active Directory, NTFS
 Strong skills in networking; Ethernet, TCP/IP, IPSEC, Cisco and or F5
 Extensive knowledge of client/server and web architecture
 Demonstrated experience with superior judgment, problem resolution, cross team collaboration
 BA/BS degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience preferred
 Programming/scripting/automation skills a plus
 Good communication skills-spoken and written English
