KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- To plan work order properly to ensure equipments are maintained timely and effectively:
² Plan required material, manpower and other resources for each piece of work order to be executed efficiently.
² Coordinate work order prioritization with maintenance/operation leader to ensure equipment condition is maintained at good condition timely, and safely.
² To assist to set up and maintain a computer system for work order planning and scheduling like, establish standard work order planning database etc.
² Work with related maintenance leaders and operations specialists to upgrade the planning skill and to achieve an optimal work scheduling.
² Involve in TAR planning and join in related TAR meeting.
² Involve in development of preventive maintenance program and set up in SAP;
² Involve in computerized maintenance management system setup and suggest opportunities to improve.
- Participate material management system
² Material/spare parts requisition according to the preset inventory principle.
² Involve in material management system setup.
² Suggests spare parts inventory level.
² Involve in BOM (Bill of Material) setup and optimization in SAP.
- Others
² Assist in contractor management, like monitor and instruct contractor’s planners on site to perform safe work, etc.
² To provide training, coaching to maintenance associates and operation staff to ensure effective utilization of SAP in terms of planning tools.
² To perform basic SAP data analysis and report under instruction to propose gap and improvement area.
² To report any unsafe condition, potential environmental problem, any opportunities and propose recommendation to improve in his/her work area based on his/her knowledge, experience and lesson learnt.
REQUIREMENTS
² College graduated, majored in Mechanical Engineering or I&E engineering, or related equivalent discipline ;
² Requires at least 2 years of experience in maintenance experience;
² Skillful application of business of maintenance in maintenance planning & scheduling, turnaround planning & execution, and work order cycles;
² Good understanding of maintenance system& processes, working experience of application of computerized maintenance management system like SAP; or Maximo. Able to analyze and run report for different purposes under instruction;
² Basic application of analysis of data flow to others module in SAP related to maintenance work order planning;
² Good overall understanding of mechanical, or I/E equipment maintenance methods and preparation;
² Outstanding planning knowledge and skill, experience on turnaround planning is a plus;
² Mandarin speaking and Good English language skills in reading, writing are essential.
