Responsibilities and Requirements:
1. Collections Development and Production:
Work closely with our European and American designers.
Develop salesman samples for our lines
Source and Quote the prices with the vendors.
Follow up the production from approval till shipments to final destination (USA/EU)
2. Retail
Start and follow the development of our own chain of stores in China.
3. Daily responsibilities:
Organize and manage a team of merchandisers
Set up a QC net work all over China
Manage the office and report directly to the Chairman
Set up a team for our new stores in China
Develop new markets
4. Profile：
Strong management skills
Minimum 10 years experience in the Apparel Busines.
Strong experience in the merchandising, knit and woven
Strong on costing
Problem shooting & solving
Able to work independently with overseas customers and vendors
Perfect command of both spoken and written English & Mandarin
Use to work in an international evironment
