工作职责:
主要负责公司全国市场的品牌推广、市场推广、品牌维护;组织实施审核并监督完成酒店集团的整体市场营销计划,根据市场营运情况,开拓市场。
任职要求:
1. 5年以上具有酒店/休闲/旅游等相关行业工作经验;
2. 擅长公关(媒体)、销售、广告创意、版面设计、媒体购买及市场调查;
3. 具有良好的社会关系及客户资源;
4.有经济型酒店管理集团工作经验者优先;有酒店开业经验优先;
5. 较强的沟通和人际沟通技巧;
6. 流利的中英文口语和书面表达能力。
Descriptions
To develop and implement strategic marketing plans to achieve hotel's goals in key financial performance guide
To continuously seek growth opportunities in new hotels.
To develop a strong sales and customer support team and implement best practices to give customer value-for-money services.
To establish and maintain strong rapport with existing customers.
To establish new customers and expand market shares in the region.
To provide market intelligence, market statistics especially on competitors' strengths & weaknesses and their movements.
To strive to be the first choice of supplier to any customers.
To review, analyze and report sales performance periodically (monthly, quarterly) against set budget and recommend corrective action to improve performance in the ensuing period(s).
To be part of the Management team and participate actively in operation decisions to enhance the overall performance of hotels
Qualifications
At least 5 years experience leading a sales & marketing team in chain hotel.
Proven track record in hotel sales and marketing in improving market share, rates, occupancy and yied.
Effective selling skills and techniques
Strong profit-orientated sense,good at communication and team work,hardworking Oral and written fluency in English.
Confident/assertive/persuasive,quality driven,flexible,hard working,dedicated,team builder,effectively at eliciting support and utilizing resources.
Pre-opening experience preferred
