职位要求：
1、Bachelor’s degree or above
2、A degree in medicine or communications or language is preferred.
3、Strong in English communications (oral & writing)
4、More than 10 years experience in a marketing/communications role within a pharmaceutical company, or in a public relations firm.
5、 7-8 years experience in communication strategy develop and implementation, as well as people management.
6、Mature, open-minded, delighted, excellent team work skill
7、Has the ability to grasp complex issues quickly and understand the nature of the business and the competition.
8、Results-driven and highly self-motivated to drive measurable initiatives.
9、Excellent presentation and interpersonal communication skills.
10、Highly Self motivated
11、Strong personal commitment to the work and business
12、Capable of and willing to work under press and over time when necessary
13、Easy building relationship with internal & external clients
