Job Responsibilities:
- Payroll calculation monthly ensuring payroll release in time including overtime , allowances, social charge and insurance calculation
- Make suggestions for improvement of administrative HR procedures in respect of compensation and benefits based on business requirement.
- Recruitment & labor contract
a) Vacancy search, initial selection, interview scheduling & coordination
b) Work on offering, engaging, resignation, disposal procedures, dealing with personal filing and social security transfer.
c) Internal document on hire requisition tracing and filling
d) Labor contract signing , renewing , cancel processing according to China Labor Law and related Guideline;
e) Coordinate on-board process
- Update the position JD liaising with functional managers based on organization structure change.
- support in improving on employee handbook ensuring compliance with labor law and in competitive practice. Filing control on handbook.
- Set up and maintain all internal HR related records for tracing.
- Explain in HR policy and practices with the labor related regulation changes.
- Smoothen and improve employee relationship, keep close communication with staff, managers.
- Regular Report
a) headcount monthly report
b) reports required by related legal entity
- keep close relationship with labor agent, HR consultant ,social security bureau and related labor legal entity.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above;
- Be good at practical English .
- At least 5 working years experience in H.R. management function in manufacturing industry.
- Broad view on HR management, years of hands-on experiences in human resource management .
- Good knowledge China Labor Law and related regulations and practice in Shanghai such as social charge and insurance etc.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
