Position Summary:
- Deliver positive impact on business growth by building the organization capacity through people development.
- Offer excellent employee service to insure the service level/operations competitive and can inspire the people to pursue the environment for productivity and satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure the talents supply can meet the current and future development.
- Deliver training to improve employee’s skills and competency.
- Deliver effective employee service/operations.
- Decrease regretted turnover rate.
- Handle employee relation/communications/activity.
- Projects from HQ/Activity.
- Involvement of key position recruitment.
- People review for all key positions and organization change.
- Insure the quality and efficiency of training plan.
- Follow-up the training for supervisor and management positions.
- Interaction with training function for training resources.
- Payroll accuracy.
- Administrative operations and cost cotroll.
- Reporting efficiency and accuracy.
- policy review and update.
- Exit interview.
- Turnover analysis and follow- up action.
- Timely communication with employees.
- Handle termination case.
- Employee feedback collection and follow-up.
- Arrangement of activity.
- Follow the instruction and requirement.

Requirements:
- BS Degree
- +5 yrs experiences
- Good team spirit, collaborative attitude.
- Good communication skills.
- Good understanding
