职位要求与描述：
Sr. QA Engineer / Engineer (QC Engineering)
Key responsibilities:
1. Develops maintains QA systems/quality control procedures & inspection control plans f proper control of assembly packaging process.
2. Conducts product & process audit.
3. Promotes quality awareness.
4. Leads participates process/productivity improvement projects.
5. Analyses quality problems, repts inspection findings improves product quality positively.
6. Provides QC Engineering tests to suppt proper ECN change of material / process. Codinates trial run evaluation to study process capability.
7. Manages & develops QC & engineers
Principal Responsibilities:
1. Develops maintains QA systems/quality control procedures & inspection control plans f proper control of new product packaging.
2. Provides QC Engineering tests to suppt proper ECN change of material /process. Co-dinates trial run evaluation to study process capability.
3. Conducts Design review new tooling/ process qualification validation during new product new process introduction.
4. Wks closely with PDT team to co-dinate FMEA develop appropriate control plan.
5. Co-dinates quality reliability tests f new product to ensure quality confmance to Global quality stard.
6. Assists in ion installation of new inspection equipment gages.
7. Carries out assigned COQ quality improvement program assists in concerned cost improvement projects.
8. Analyses quality problem as they arise repts inspection findings with recommendation. Requests services other departments vends in an efft to improve product quality.
Requirements:
Education: B.A. Degree in Engineering equivalent.
Experience: 5 years above experience in Quality Control function/ Product Engineering/Production Engineering.
