项目经理的主要工作职责负责重点客户的深挖，拓展项目机会，协助下属的项目主管与客户进行沟通。

1.深挖重点客户，拓展项目机会
2.作为客户代言人，把握客户需求，监督所负责的全部项目
3.在关键问题上协助PL与客户进行沟通
4.与客户定期Review,并接待客户来访
5.根据客户需求，搭建新的项目团队框架
