-Job Requirements:
-3 to 5 years experience as lawyer in PRC-related legal works (either in a law firm or a company)
-Prior knowledge in PRC foreign investment and company laws and regulations and IP related regulations and rules;
-Capable of drafting legal documents in both English and Chinese
-Candidate must be a fast learner with clear logical mind
-Candidate must have excellent interpersonal and written and general communication skills
-Strong advisory skills and ability to deal with senior executives of MNCs
-Strong facilitation & presentation skills are required
-Self-motivated, independent with effective execution power
-Fluent in speaking both Mandarin and English
-Strong capabilities in MS power point, excel and word are mandatory

-Handles the majority of legal issues for one or more product group(s) or an area of specialization.
-Systematically and proactively assists his/her hierarchy in securing the legal aspects of corporate or business decisions
-Coordinates with legal managers or senior counsels on legal issues involving significant corporate interests.
-Negotiates and settles any relevant legal disputes on the company’s behalf.
-Handles the set-up and negotiation of joint venture operations.
-Advises management regarding applicable laws and regulations.
-Prepares and translates legal documents and contracts.
-Interacts with outside counsel
-Filing and maintaining legal documentation of China legal entities.
