Requirements:
• University education background (with the Bachelor of Engineering), majoring in electrical, mechanic or HVAC engineering;
• Minimum 3 year experience in the relevant field;
• Knowledgeable in M&E works quality and cost control;
• Good inter person communication skills;
Major Responsibilities:
• Design management for M&E works;
• Site supervision and inspection for M&E works for AMB construction projects;
• Assisting M&E Manager in pre-acquisition due diligence and M&E installation construction management;
• Assisting in operations/maintenance manual of completed projects;
• Sourcing building materials and equipment for AMB projects;
• Coordinating with Asset Department for maintenance.
