Job Requirements:
- University degree majoring in mechanical engineering, Hydraulic control or Industrial automation.
- 8 years relevant working experience in Heavy Industry business, experience in Hydraulic is a must.
- Strong hands-on Heavy Industry application knowledge
- Proven business record of success in leading a team of 3-5 sales engineers
- Good understanding of Electro-hydraulic and electro-mechanical control application
- Strong team leadership and people management skills required
- Self initiative and able to work independence
Job Description:
- Lead and Supervise the Heavy Industry Sales function team for business opportunities within China Region.
- Work with China Sales Director and Pacific Heavy Industry Market manager to implement and execute business plan for this market
- Develop and maintain key relationships at OEM, User, Design & Research Institutes, Universities, and other key stake-holders in the design and procurement channel for new opportunities in the Heavy Industry Market.
- Prepare and maintain Account Plans, Sales activities plans, Business Forecasts, and business travel to meet and execute according to business needs.
- Provide all relevant marketing and technical support to China Region business development and project management activities for existing and planned business in the China Region.
- Facilitate communication between and with various constituencies – Customers, China Engineering, Logistic & Operation departments, China management and Pacific management to assure complete and comprehensive understanding of issues, priorities and opportunities.
